The villa was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was amazing. The hotel restaurant had amazing food. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Gili Islands. The pool with an ocean view was fantastic, with a dedicated area for young children. The free day trip to the Gili Islands and the free massage were great. The VIP package with a private pool and the finest menu were highlights.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the nearby islands and a beautiful pool looking out to the ocean. the Free 15 minute massage provided by the hotel was definitely a highlight. the staff was also friendly and tried their best to help us whenever they could.

Our Xmas experience at the hotel was not great. the breakfast was subpar and there were quite a few problems with the room, such as an aircon that didn't work and a downgraded room that we didn't know about in advance.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed a beautiful view from the room overlooking the beach, as well as the free day trip to nearby islands offered by the hotel. The location was perfect for privacy and relaxation, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our stay. the onsite restaurant served delicious food that we enjoyed throughout our stay.

The spa service was unexpectedly closed on a holiday without prior notice. the staff were not always well trained in handling issues that arose during our visit.

Here, we experienced an exquisite stay with luxury facilities and outstanding service. the swimming pool with a mesmerizing view of the ocean was the highlight of our stay. the Spa & wellness centre provided therapeutic treatments that were highly rejuvenating. We also enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and the leisure/ TV room which had comfortable seating. the exclusive facilities like the beach access, sun loungers, and private facilities were exceptional. We relished the taste of the lip-smacking BBQ facilities and poolside snack bar.

The location was a bit off from the airport, taking us some extra time to reach here.

We enjoyed the finest menu 5-course meal and the free day trip to the three Gili Islands. The location was perfect, as it was only a 20-minute boat ride away from the hotel.
